About The Project
At Pacific Springs Village in Omaha, NE, the dining experience was reimagined through a central kitchen expansion and the addition of flexible, hospitality-driven venues. The enlarged kitchen serves as the operational backbone, supporting all bulk production for a new bar and grill, bistro, and auditorium events, while also offering fast-casual service throughout the day. The bar and grill double as a social hub with an interactive golf simulator, creating an engaging space for residents to gather, while the adjacent bistro features barn-style sliding doors that allow the kitchen to be either closed off or opened to enhance connection with the dining room. Both venues share a central dining space with direct access to outdoor deck seating, providing variety and flow in the resident experience. To round out the offerings, a self-service market was introduced, giving residents convenient access to fresh items, snacks, and essentials. Together, these spaces balance operational efficiency with a wide range of dining and leisure options, fostering community and elevating daily life.
